Even though I have been, for over a decade, an avid photographer,
it has only
been in the past few years that I have begun to capture a rekindled interest in
aviation, particularly airliner photography. In doing so, I've learned that in order
to successfully
capture well-lit, properly composed and eye-catching images, one must
essentially know how
to shoot a rapidly moving target with adept skill. While there
are many techniques one can employ to
do so, of prime importance is the ability to pan with the subject while holding a several pound
lens-camera assembly. Though I have become somewhat accomplished at this, there are so many
more things to try, at airports all around the globe. Below, you will see only a handful
of
what I consider my more interesting and noteworthy images of airliners in all
sorts of activity. Please enjoy them by clicking on the images to enlarged them.
